Description

You will lead Oracle Financials implementation engagements to deliver integrated business and software solutions within defined time and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation aspects of engagements to ensure high-quality delivery of integrated solutions.
• Map ERP Finance applications to business processes and conduct gap and impact analysis.
• Drive client business process transformation using digital and cloud technologies while managing change.
• Facilitate requirements and design workshops with key stakeholders and business owners.
• Scope, plan, and support pre-sales activities for Finance Transformation Consulting projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of expertise in Oracle Financial Cloud Applications.
• Completion of at least 3 full life cycle ERP Financial implementations.
• Proven experience leading large project teams and managing complex engagements.
• Deep understanding of Core Finance functions, operating models, and organizational structures.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Oracle Financials.
• Experience with Business Process mapping and Change Impact Analysis.
• Strong ability to document requirements and articulate business cases for finance solutions.
• Knowledge of Cloud Applications and Oracle Database.
