Description

You will bridge business requirements and technical execution for Oracle Financials systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather end-user requirements for reporting, system enhancements, and functional design.
• Build and maintain reports while documenting system designs and processes.
• Lead training sessions for small to medium-sized groups of end-users.
• Perform scheduled system updates and maintain system hierarchies and properties.
• Participate in project team reviews to develop plans, business requirements, and deliverables.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience with ERP Financials.
• Strong understanding of ERP Finance modules including AP, AR, FA, GL, and PO.
• Hands-on experience configuring and customizing ERP systems to meet business needs.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical and functional ERP problems.
• Ability to analyze business processes and align them with system capabilities.
• Experience developing detailed test and validation plans.
• Strong technical documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle EBS R12.
• Proficiency in SQL, OBIEE, Oracle APEX, or Power BI.
