Description

Senior developer to configure, customize, and maintain Oracle Flexcube core banking applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core banking features for payments, loans, deposits, and account management.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for Flexcube modules, from planning through deployment and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure performance and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with QA, infrastructure, and business analysts to integrate Flexcube with external banking platforms.
• Maintain and upgrade Flexcube systems, including handling patches and version migrations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of relevant experience in banking environments.
• Expertise in Oracle Flexcube development and customization.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Deep understanding of core banking processes: payments, loans, deposits, and treasury.
• Experience with Flexcube upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and banking regulation compliance.
• Proven ability to integrate Flexcube with external banking platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Flexcube certification.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
