Description

Lead technical implementations and data architecture for Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking systems in London.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Data Warehouse systems and analytical data models.
• Manage FLEXCUBE migrations from lower to higher versions.
• Coordinate with offshore teams for technical deliverables, customizations, and patch sets.
• Execute deployments, backups, restores, and source control operations.
• Support weekend production activities, including BCM testing and Data Centre power downs.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of total professional experience.
• 4-8 years in Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking implementation projects.
• Deep knowledge of FCUBS 14.5+ architecture and backend data models.
• Expertise in Oracle DB, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and XML.
• Experience with Microservices, APIs, and external REST service development.
• 5 years in Data Warehouse architecting and data modeling (ER diagrams).
• Knowledge of standalone OBCL, OBPM, OBTR, OBTF, FCUBS Core, and ELCM.
• Ability to use Unix shell scripting and manage ATM and Queue interfaces.

Preferred Skills

• FCUBS and OBMA customizations.
• Knowledge of Oracle Banking extensibility (OBX).
• ITIL v3 Foundation accreditation.
