Description

You will develop and maintain enterprise applications using Oracle Forms 6i and Oracle Reports, translating business requirements into technical designs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements from non-technical stakeholders into technical designs.
• Write optimized SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures, functions, triggers, and packages.
• Manage deployment and compilation tasks within a Unix/Linux environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of strong experience with Oracle Forms 6i and Oracle Reports (6i or above).
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL, including writing optimized queries.
• Solid understanding of database concepts, relational design, and database objects (tables, indexes, views).
• Experience working in a Unix/Linux environment, including executing shell scripts.
• Ability to analyze requirements and communicate technical designs effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating legacy Forms applications to newer platforms or UI frameworks.
