Description

Lead business analysis and functional design for Oracle ERP implementations, focusing on Order Management, Pricing, and Supply Chain modules.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from non-technical stakeholders, translating objectives into technical action items and functional designs.
• Define scope and create key artifacts including Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, Business Process Maps, and detailed specifications for business rules.
• Validate the feasibility of requested functionality against existing technical systems, data structures, and Oracle Cloud extension frameworks.
• Lead projects from requirements through implementation, managing timelines, risks, and coordination between business, development, and support teams.
• Perform application gap analysis and query data schemas to support solution design and configuration.

Required Skills

• 8-10+ years of experience as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst.
• Expert-level configuration knowledge of Order Management, Oracle Pricing, Global Order Processing, Shipping, and Oracle Trading Partner Architecture.
• Strong functional understanding of Supply Chain processes and Oracle ERP Application functionality.
• Proficiency in SQL-based queries for data analysis and schema validation.
• Experience with 2-3 full lifecycle implementations covering Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, and Trading Partner Architecture.
• Ability to create and present requirements artifacts (Scope Documents, Functional Designs) without direct supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and English.

• Proven track record of strategic project planning, client management, and leading technical/functional teams.
• Experience managing multiple, competing high-priority projects with varying deadlines.
