Description

You will lead business analysis and solution design for Oracle ERP implementations, bridging the gap between non-technical stakeholders and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, refining them into technical action items and scope definitions.
• Create and present key artifacts including scope documents, use cases, functional designs, activity diagrams, and business process maps.
• Analyze application data schemas and perform gap analysis to verify the feasibility of business requests against existing systems.
• Lead functional and technical teams, managing project timelines, risks, and resource coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
• Support development and production support teams by clarifying requirements and ensuring cohesive articulation of business goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst.
• Expert-level configuration knowledge of Order Management, Oracle Pricing, Global Order Processing, Shipping, and Oracle Trading Partner Architecture.
• Strong functional understanding of Supply Chain processes and Oracle Cloud framework extensions.
• Proficiency with SQL queries and Software Development Life Cycle methodologies.
• Experience leading 2-3 full lifecycle implementations for Order Management and Inventory Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and diverse stakeholder groups.
