Lead business analysis for Oracle ERP implementations, bridging technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Map business requirements into technical action items, functional designs, and configuration documentation.
• Conduct gap analysis to verify functionality feasibility against existing systems and data structures.
• Create key artifacts including use cases, activity diagrams, business process maps, and business rule specifications.
• Lead technical and functional teams to ensure projects meet timelines while managing risks and issues.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to complete projects within scope and budget.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst/Manager.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle ERP functionality: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, and Project Billings.
• Proven track record of 2-3 full lifecycle implementations for the core Oracle modules listed above.
• Strong proficiency with SQL-based queries and data schema analysis.
• Deep understanding of Finance processes and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Functional understanding of the Oracle Cloud framework for extensions.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Access.
• Advanced English communication skills for stakeholder and client management.

• Experience managing teams and handling multiple high-priority, competing projects.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic project planning and managing diverse stakeholders.
