Description

You will lead business analysis, requirements gathering, and system design for Oracle ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Map business processes and document requirements, use cases, and functional designs for non-technical stakeholders.
• Translate business objectives into technical action items and detailed specifications for development and production support teams.
• Verify the feasibility of requested functionality and business rules against existing technical systems and data structures.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Lead technical and functional teams through complex problem-solving and strategic project planning.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst/Manager.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle ERP functionality, specifically General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, and Project Billings.
• Proven track record of completing 2-3 full lifecycle implementations for the core Oracle modules listed above.
• Proficiency with SQL-based queries and application data schema analysis.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Functional understanding of Oracle modules and the development framework for extensions in the Oracle Cloud framework.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to create scope documents, activity diagrams, and business process mapping documentation without direct supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in information and communication technology or a related field.
