Description

You will lead business analysis and functional design for Oracle Order Management implementations.

Responsibilities

• Manage requirements gathering, documentation, and scope definition with non-technical business users.
• Translate business objectives into technical action items, functional designs, and configuration documents.
• Perform gap analysis and verify the feasibility of business rules against existing technical systems and data structures.
• Create and present key artifacts including use cases, activity diagrams, and business process mapping.
• Lead technical and functional teams to ensure projects progress against timelines while managing risks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle functional consulting.
• Expertise in Business Process Mapping and documentation.
• Ability to query and analyze application data schemas.
• Experience creating functional designs, scope documents, and detailed business rule specifications.
• Proven track record of working with Project and Development teams to implement solutions.
• Ability to work independently to produce requirements artifacts without direct supervision.
• Strong capability in solving complex problems and identifying new technical methods.
