Description

You provide functional support and configuration expertise for Oracle SCM Cloud modules, resolving user issues and managing product upgrades.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Respond to functional and configuration queries regarding Oracle SCM Cloud.
• Troubleshoot, track, and resolve user issues within a support model.
• Assess the impact of Oracle product upgrades and patches on existing configurations.
• Query tables using BI or OTBI reporting to support functional requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Oracle SCM Cloud experience in functional roles.
• Functional knowledge in at least 3 of: Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, Lifecycle Management, Manufacturing, or Costing.
• Proficiency in Oracle SCM Cloud.
• Basic SQL knowledge for querying tables via BI or OTBI.
• Experience working in a support model.
• Ability to work US business hours.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Supplier Portal, Supplier Life Cycle Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Costing.
