Responsibilities

• Manage requirements gathering, documentation, and scope definition with non-technical business users.
• Translate business objectives into prioritized technical action items and functional designs.
• Verify the feasibility of user requests and business rules against existing technical systems and data structures.
• Create key artifacts including scope documents, use cases, activity diagrams, and business process mapping.
• Lead technical and functional teams to ensure projects meet timelines and address potential risks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM functional consulting.
• Expertise in application gap analysis and business process mapping.
• Proficiency in querying and analyzing application data schemas.
• Ability to produce functional designs, detailed business rules, and configuration documentation.
• Experience managing requirements across multiple business units.
• Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate internal and external resources.
• Strong capability in solving complex problems and researching strategic technological solutions.
