Description

You will lead Oracle functional testing projects and manage the delivery of high-quality testing solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle functional testing projects and manage testing resources through capacity planning.
• Translate business requirements into effective test plans and detailed documentation.
• Execute functional testing for Oracle modules using both manual and automated methods.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects in collaboration with development teams.
• Provide guidance and leadership to junior testers to ensure team productivity.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in testing.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Functional Testing with hands-on experience in Oracle modules.
• At least 1 year of experience in a lead role managing teams.
• Proficiency with automation tools including OPKEY, Subject 7, and TOSCA.
• Strong understanding of manual and automation testing methodologies.
• Ability to develop test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
