Description

You will lead Oracle EBS R12.2.x implementations and support for services organizations.

Responsibilities

• Execute implementation strategies by capturing business requirements, designing solutions, and prototyping.
• Prepare functional specification documents and manage data conversion and migration processes.
• Develop and manage inbound/outbound interfaces and custom reports with third-party applications.
• Identify functionality gaps and design technical solutions to address them.
• Lead testing phases including Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.x environments.
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle HRMSS suite, specifically Oracle Time & Labor, Payroll, and Core HR.
• Proven track record of 2-3 full life cycle implementations and support cycles.
• Technical and functional knowledge of Oracle Global Payroll and its integrations.
• Experience managing Oracle HR and Workday integrations.
• Knowledge of Benefit Interfaces and Oracle Absence interfaces.
• Experience with Payroll Interfaces including Oracle Global View and Celergo Smart Recruiters.
• Familiarity with Oracle project methodology (OUM).
• Ability to handle data migrations and complex third-party application integrations.
