Description

Manage the implementation, upgrades, performance, and support of the Oracle Fusion suite on-site in Detroit. Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, upgrades, and enhancements in coordination with third-party integrators. Manage ongoing deployments, configurations, patching, and troubleshooting alongside managed services providers. Ensure the availability, security, and performance of ERP, EPM, and HCM modules. Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions and communicate maintenance, refresh, and outage schedules. Maintain the Oracle technology roadmap and work with vendors and Oracle to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, upgrades, and enhancements with third-party integrators.
• Manage ongoing deployments, configurations, patching, and troubleshooting alongside managed services providers.
• Ensure availability, security, and performance of ERP, EPM, and HCM modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions and communicate maintenance schedules.
• Maintain the Oracle technology roadmap and resolve issues with vendors and Oracle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall ERP administration experience.
• 3+ years of experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Hands-on experience with at least one Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications implementation.
• Proficiency with the Oracle Fusion Suite.
• Experience with SDLC, IT Change Control processes, and deployment methodologies.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow and Office365.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or EPM.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Fusion AI capabilities.
• Experience with data conversions, data management, and business process workflows.
