Description

You will lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion B2B Service Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Manage all implementation phases including analysis, design, development, testing, and training.
• Configure and customize objects, fields, layouts, validations, and object workflows.
• Implement service request management, knowledge management, contract management, and asset management.
• Develop integrations and build OTBI reports.
• Communicate directly with stakeholders in client-facing roles.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion B2B Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Groovy Script.
• Experience with OTBI reporting.
• Proven track record in full-lifecycle implementations.
• Hands-on experience with service request and knowledge management modules.
• Experience managing contracts and assets within the Oracle ecosystem.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing delivery.
• Any Graduate degree.
