Description

You will lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion B2B Service Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Manage all implementation phases including analysis, design, development, testing, and training.
• Configure and customize objects, fields, layouts, validations, and object workflows.
• Handle service request management, knowledge management, contract management, and asset management.
• Execute system integrations and develop OTBI reporting.
• Communicate directly with clients to meet project requirements.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion B2B Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Groovy scripting.
• Hands-on experience with OTBI reporting.
• Proven track record in system integration.
• Experience across the full SDLC: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Testing, and Training.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
