Description
You will lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion B2B Service Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Manage all implementation phases including analysis, design, development, testing, and training.
- Configure and customize objects, fields, layouts, validations, and object workflows.
- Handle service request management, knowledge management, contract management, and asset management.
- Execute system integrations and develop OTBI reporting.
- Communicate directly with clients to meet project requirements.
Required Skills
- 5-7 years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion B2B Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Groovy scripting.
- Hands-on experience with OTBI reporting.
- Proven track record in system integration.
- Experience across the full SDLC: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Testing, and Training.
- Strong client-facing communication skills.
- Any Graduate degree.
