Description

You will lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion B2B Service Cloud, managing analysis, design, development, testing, and training phases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize objects, fields, layouts, validations, and object workflows.
• Execute system integrations and develop OTBI reporting solutions.
• Manage service request, knowledge, contract, and asset management modules.
• Communicate directly with clients to define and meet project requirements.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion B2B Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Groovy scripting.
• Hands-on experience with OTBI reporting.
• Proven track record in system integration.
• End-to-end SDLC experience: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Testing, and Training.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
