You will lead the implementation, upgrades, and performance optimization of the Oracle Fusion system.
Responsibilities
Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects in partnership with third-party integrators, including requirements gathering, system design, testing, and roll-out for ERP, EPM, and HCM modules.
Oversee ongoing deployments, configurations, troubleshooting, patching, and upgrades of Oracle Fusion applications alongside managed services.
Maintain the availability, performance, and security of the Oracle Fusion suite.
Coordinate with third-party vendors and Oracle support to ensure system integrity and resolve technical issues.
Communicate maintenance schedules, refresh cycles, and planned outages to stakeholders.
Required Skills
At least 5 years of overall ERP administration experience.
Minimum 3 years specifically administering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
Experience completing at least one full implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
Proficiency with ERP, EPM, and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience with Office365.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
Experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and EPM.
Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion AI capabilities and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Familiarity with data conversions, data management, and functional/technical design specifications.
Knowledge of IT Change Control processes and application server life cycle management.
Relevant Oracle certifications such as Oracle Financials Cloud Implementation Professional or OCI Foundations Associate.
