Description

Lead data engineering and ERP transformation efforts within a Big Data environment. Own the end-to-end migration from Oracle Recruitment Cloud to Big Data cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines from Oracle Recruitment Cloud to Big Data cloud environments.
• Execute data migrations and transformations using Spark, Python, and HiveQL.
• Manage complex implementations of Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Perform data processing tasks for cleansing and curating analytical models.
• Lead technical discussions with Architects, Tech Leads, and Implementation Partners.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Transformation – Financials.
• 8+ years of experience delivering and managing complex Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
• 5+ years of experience with Spark, Python, PySpark, and HiveQL.
• 5+ years of experience integrating with Oracle Identity Cloud Services.
• 4+ years of recent banking experience (since 2019).
• 10+ years of experience working for US companies within the US.
• Hands-on experience building data ingestion pipelines from Oracle Recruitment Cloud to Big Data environments.
• Strong understanding of regulatory concerns for Private and Public Sector Oracle Cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience transitioning from Taleo to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and code management processes.
