Description

You will lead the design and delivery of training programs to ensure successful user adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials, including user manuals, e-learning modules, and presentations for various Oracle Fusion modules.
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions for end-users, super users, and IT staff.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to align training content with business processes and workflows.
• Provide post-go-live support, refresher training, and assistance with change management efforts.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and metrics to improve future programs.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP training or implementation.
• Deep functional understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud modules such as Financials, Procurement, or Projects.
• Experience designing and delivering training via ILT, VILT, and e-learning modalities.
• Proficiency with eLearning development software such as Oracle UPK, Captivate, or Articulate.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Guided Learning.
• Ability to translate complex system processes into clear, simple instructions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Certified Trainer or related Oracle certifications.
• Experience in ERP change management, organizational readiness, or cross-functional implementations.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
