Description

You will own the Finance track within Oracle Fusion Cloud, managing incidents, problems, and system enhancements. You will partner with Business Process Owners to gather requirements, coordinate designs, and provide delivery estimations. Your work includes hands-on configuration, triage, and resolution of functional and technical tickets across the Oracle Finance suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident prioritization and track all activities within the Finance track.
• Partner with Business Process Owners to collect requirements and coordinate design elements.
• Perform hands-on configuration, triage, and resolution of tickets across the Oracle Finance suite.
• Conduct impact analysis for new Oracle releases and manage the regression testing process.
• Manage service levels, track Oracle Service Requests (SRs), and escalate critical issues with vendors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance.
• Deep hands-on expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Expense Management, and Cash Management.
• Strong functional understanding of AR Collection, Credit Management, and Supply Chain Finance integration.
• Experience managing Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and collaborating with delivery managers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance Management, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Vertex tax experience.
• Experience with Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management).
