Key Responsibilities

• Develop training curriculum and step-by-step Oracle Fusion training materials.
• Deliver hands-on training to groups of approximately 10–20 users.
• Walk users through simple to complex AP and/or Costing scenarios.
• Create practical cheat sheets, SOPs, and job aids for ongoing use.
• Answer functional questions and help users understand how accounting processes translate into Oracle Fusion.
• Potentially provide post-training stabilization and functional support.

Required Experience

• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud functional experience; Oracle EBS alone is not sufficient.
• Functional Lead experience on Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Strong functional expertise in Accounts Payable and/or Costing.
• Strong understanding of the underlying Accounting and Finance processes associated with the area being taught.
• Experience developing detailed, system-based training materials and documentation.
• Experience delivering hands-on training to end-user groups.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
