Description

You will own the design, development, and support of solutions within Oracle Cloud HCM.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, HCM REST APIs, and BIP Reports.
• Develop and support extensions, workflows, Fast Formulas, and customizations using HCM design studio, Page & Application Composer, and Visual Builder Studio.
• Design and develop ad-hoc BIP/OTBI reporting solutions for complex business queries.
• Address system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks to maintain system health.
• Oversee the integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with other enterprise systems and third-party services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, covering HCM Core, Recruiting, Time and Labor, Absence, and Payroll.
• 5+ years of solid knowledge using HCM tools: HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, Fast Formulas, HCM REST APIs, Workflows, Page & Application Composers, and Visual Builder Studio.
• 5+ years of hands-on knowledge writing and troubleshooting complex SQL and PL/SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud computing, including SaaS and PaaS models.
• Thorough understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM architecture, data flows, and underlying tables.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
