Description

You will manage the implementation, support, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HCM Cloud solutions and engage Oracle Support to resolve technical issues and SRs.
• Support testing for patches, upgrades, reports, new configurations, and workflows.
• Perform impact analysis on quarterly HCM Cloud patches.
• Oversee integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, enterprise systems, and third-party services.
• Document system configurations, processes, and technical best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and functionalities.
• Proficiency with HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, and OTBI Reports.
• Experience with Fast Formulas and HCM REST APIs.
• Hands-on knowledge of Workflows, Page & Application Composer, and Visual Builder Studio.
• Expertise in writing and troubleshooting complex SQL and PL/SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud computing models, specifically SaaS and PaaS.
• Strong analytical skills for problem isolation and solution implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HCM Cloud Security, Oracle BICC Extracts, and PVOs.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle VB Studio and Redwood UI.
• Functional expertise in Payroll, OTL, and Absence modules.
