Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM integrations, reports, and technical artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, HCM REST APIs, and BIP Reports.
• Develop and support extensions, workflows, Fast Formulas, and customizations via HCM Design Studio, Page & Application Composer, and Visual Builder Studio.
• Develop ad-hoc BIP and OTBI reporting solutions to meet complex business query requirements.
• Manage the integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with enterprise systems and third-party services.
• Perform impact analysis for quarterly HCM Cloud patches and resolve SRs with Oracle Product Support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and functionalities.
• Expertise in HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, and Fast Formulas.
• Proficiency with HCM REST APIs, Workflows, Page & Application Composer, and Visual Builder Studio.
• Advanced ability to write and troubleshoot complex SQL and PL/SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Knowledge of cloud computing models, including SaaS and PaaS.
• Strong analytical skills for problem isolation and impact analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
