Description

You will lead the functional transition of financial systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud within a global environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead data validation, cleansing, and migration efforts from legacy applications to Oracle Fusion.
• Develop "as is" and "to be" process flows and coordinate organizational change management.
• Create and execute test scenarios to validate Oracle Financial modules and integrated edge systems.
• Coordinate the production cutover process, including cutover planning and post-production support turnover.
• Manage project requirements and documentation following established PMO processes.

Required Skills

• 9-14 years of professional experience in financial system transitions or business analysis.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle Financials R12 modules.
• Deep functional knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Experience with Order-to-Cash (OTC), AR, AP, and GRC processes.
• Proven experience in data conversion, cleansing, and migration from a business perspective.
• Strong background in validating financial data and business process workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a dedicated finance role.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Financial Consolidation and Planning systems.
