Description

Lead Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, configuration, and support for EPC project accounting environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Tax Management.
• Integrate Oracle Fusion Financials with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) to support project costing, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Develop financial dashboards and reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio.
• Manage period-end close, chart of accounts, ledgers, and legal entity structures.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, UAT testing, and provide end-user training and post-go-live support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and PPM.
• Hands-on configuration of EPC project accounting, Construction-in-Progress (CIP), and multi-entity operations.
• Strong proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, and FBDI.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data conversion/migration.
• Oracle Cloud ERP or Financials Cloud Certified Implementation Professional certification.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ERP transformation programs.
• SQL proficiency for data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in infrastructure, energy, or large-scale EPC project financial reporting.
