Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories using Azure DevOps.

5+ years of Business Analyst experience in complex enterprise environments.
2+ years of CRM Business Analysis experience.
Experience with CRM platforms such as:
Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales & Service CRM (Preferred)
Salesforce
Microsoft Dynamics 365
HubSpot
Experience gathering requirements for:
Contact Management
Account Management
Case Management
Service Requests
Work Orders
Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
Experience working in Agile/Iterative delivery environments.
Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales & Service CRM experience.
Oracle Fusion Cloud CRM Certification.
Business Analysis Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, CCBA, etc.).
Government/Public Sector experience.
Azure DevOps experience.
Bachelor's degree
