Description

You will gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories for Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales & Service CRM. You will own the documentation lifecycle, from user manuals and release notes to end-user training materials.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, surveys, and workflow analysis.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories using Azure DevOps.
• Analyze CRM processes and recommend configurations that minimize customization.
• Support data migration, integration testing, UAT, and post-production support.
• Facilitate training sessions and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in complex enterprise environments.
• 2+ years of CRM Business Analysis experience.
• Experience with Contact, Account, Case Management, Service Requests, and Work Orders.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for requirements and story management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Iterative delivery environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales & Service CRM.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud CRM Certification or Business Analysis Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA).
• Government or Public Sector experience.
