Description

You will configure and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management solutions for clients.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to gather and analyze business requirements across inventory, order fulfillment, procurement, and logistics.
• Translate requirements into functional design documents and architect or configure the Oracle SCM Cloud application.
• Advise clients on optimizing supply chain processes within the Oracle Cloud platform.
• Guide technical teams on developing customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies.
• Lead system testing, UAT, and go-live activities for implementations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Oracle applications, including at least 3 years implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
• In-depth understanding of core SCM processes: Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Planning, and Cost Management.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and conduct effective requirements workshops.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex client challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
• Experience with Oracle SCM, ERP, and Oracle Applications.
• Proficiency in translating complex business needs into technical configurations.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Cloud implementation certifications in SCM Cloud.
• Experience integrating SCM with ERP, CRM, or external logistics systems.
