Description

Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation and upgrade projects for Utilities clients, covering requirements through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules including Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Product Hub, Manufacturing, and Planning for Utilities requirements.
• Analyze business processes and challenges, translating client needs into effective Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
• Develop functional specifications, test scripts, user documentation, and training materials.
• Facilitate workshops to gather business needs, demonstrate solutions, and resolve project issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integrations with ERP, Finance, and third-party systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
• Deep understanding of Utilities industry processes and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in full lifecycle implementation and upgrade projects.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical configurations.
• Experience with post-implementation support and process enhancement.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing workshops and stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including solution design and project estimation.
