Description

You will manage Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, support, and development projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute implementation tasks and support projects across Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Configure and manage Oracle HCM Cloud enterprise configurations and workforce structures.
• Develop and test complete payroll structures, including elements and payment methods.
• Lead technical tasks while managing project timelines and communications.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Hands-on experience with Core HR, Payroll, and Compensation modules.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud payroll structure configuration.
• Experience creating and testing payroll elements and payment methods.
• Direct experience managing enterprise configuration and workforce structures.
