Description

You will own the data security posture and access management for corporate Oracle Fusion environments, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle Fusion access controls and oversee corporate Oracle environments to ensure security compliance.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce data security policies, procedures, and regulatory protocols.
• Lead a team of data security professionals, managing project timelines and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and coordinate incident response for breaches.
• Advise senior management on emerging threats, system change impacts, and security budget allocation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data security and access management.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and broader Oracle environments.
• Deep understanding of data security principles and the impact of system patches on user access.
• Proven ability to manage data security incidents and response efforts.
• Experience conducting security audits and risk assessments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP, CISA, or CRISC certifications.
• Master's degree in a technical field.
