Description

You will lead the end-to-end technical delivery and governance for complex enterprise Oracle Fusion programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the delivery of all technical components, including integrations, reporting, extensions, and release management.
• Manage project milestones, technical dependencies, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Enforce compliance with solution architecture, coding standards, security protocols, and technical design guidelines.
• Coordinate environment provisioning, refresh cycles, and technical cutover activities in collaboration with DevOps and infrastructure teams.
• Identify, document, and mitigate technical risks and blockers while providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in technical project management, specifically within complex enterprise programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of integrations, APIs, reporting frameworks, data flows, and system architecture.
• Proven experience managing multi-team technical delivery environments and complex dependencies.
• Proficiency with JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong technical leadership and governance mindset.
• Expertise in risk management and proactive issue resolution.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and technical reporting abilities.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications.
