Description

You will lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects from requirement gathering to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects for Oracle Fusion applications within defined timelines and budgets.
• Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion modules to align with specific business processes.
• Design and troubleshoot integrations between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems.
• Oversee data migration activities to ensure accurate and seamless data transfers.
• Create technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations while conducting end-user training.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion implementation and consulting.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion modules, specifically HCM and SCM.
• Extensive experience configuring, customizing, and optimizing Oracle Fusion applications.
• In-depth knowledge of integration principles and data migration best practices.
• Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Fusion certifications.
