Description

Lead the data conversion strategy for Oracle Fusion boundary applications, ensuring seamless migration from legacy systems with minimal operational disruption.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end data conversion lifecycle, including analysis, mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) for Oracle boundary applications.
• Develop and manage detailed conversion plans, coordinating resources, schedules, and tasks with the System Integrator (SI) partner and project managers.
• Direct technical teams to extract data from source systems, transform it to meet business requirements, and load it into target Oracle systems.
• Define and implement validation and testing strategies to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity post-conversion.
• Collaborate with functional teams (finance, supply chain) and Oracle consultants to validate conversion processes and ensure successful data integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading data conversion efforts in enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in ETL process management for Oracle Fusion applications.
• Strong ability to manage data quality and integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Experience acting as project lead, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to build detailed conversion plans and manage project timelines effectively.
• Experience working with legacy system data extraction and transformation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with System Integrators on large-scale ERP implementations.
