Description

Design and implement data pipelines to move information from Oracle Recruitment Cloud into big data environments. You will own the full lifecycle of data ingestion, processing, and curation for analytical models.

Responsibilities

• Build data ingestion pipelines from Oracle Recruitment Cloud to cloud or on-premise big data environments.
• Execute data processing tasks using Spark and Python for cleansing and curating data to populate analytical models.
• Lead technical data discussions with architects, tech leads, and implementation partners.
• Deliver work items independently within a big data ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of data engineering experience in a big data environment.
• Hands-on experience with Spark, Python, PySpark, and HiveQL.
• Strong ETL and data transformation skills.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud data models and business processes, specifically Recruitment and Learning modules.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex data sets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD tools and code management processes.
• Prior experience transitioning data from Taleo to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
