KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In addition to other occasional tasks, the candidate’s key responsibilities will be the following:
· Design, document, develop, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion ERP modules, including:
o Human Capital Management (HCM)
o Financials (GL, AP, AR)
o Procurement (Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal)
o Project Financial Management (PPM)
o Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
· Manage ERP environments hosted in Oracle Government Cloud
o Maintain data governance and security best practices as well as knowledge of government cloud security constraints
o Monitor system availability, performance, and security logs
o Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
o Optimize system performance and user experience
· Work with the team to manage Oracle quarterly/monthly updates and patches:
o Coordinate environment refreshes, patching, and deployment cycles
o Analyze release notes
o Perform impact assessments
o Coordinate testing (SIT/UAT)
· Design and maintain integrations using:
o REST/SOAP APIs
o Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
o File-based data imports/exports (FBDI)
· Support advanced reporting and analytics requirements by developing custom solutions using:
o Oracle BI Publisher (BIP)
o OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
o Fast Formulas
o Create dashboards, reports, and data extracts for stakeholders
· Work with stakeholders to provide end-user support, requirements gathering and technical solutions
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum qualifications are the essential, non-negotiable requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for the position.
· 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
· Extensive knowledge of Oracle security and permissions (roles, privileges and data access)
· Strong understanding of:
o ERP architecture and data models
o API-based integrations (REST/SOAP)
o SQL and data analysis
· Proficiency in Fusion Middleware/OIC
· Hands-on experience with:
o Oracle Fusion Financials and/or Procurement and HCM
o Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
o BI Publisher / OTBI
o FBDI and HDL data loads
o Oracle security model (roles, privileges, data access)
· Background in programming with proven experience in one or more programming languages
· Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems and familiarity with shell scripting
· Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment
· Strong and clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
· High attention to detail, especially in compliance-driven work
· Familiarity with DevOps and release management processes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
Preferred qualifications are desirable but non-mandatory job skills, experience, or education that make an applicant an ideal candidate, helping them stand out among other applicants who meet the minimum qualifications.
· 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP systems
o Human Capital Management (HCM)
o Financials (GL, AP, AR)
o Procurement (Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal)
o Project Financial Management (PPM)
o Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
· Hands-on experience with:
o Oracle’s Identity and Access Management (IAM)
o Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations
o Oracle Visual Builder
o Oracle Apex
o SmartView: Oracle ADF Desktop Integration Add-In for Excel
o Opkey ERP Test Automation or any other automated test application
o JIRA
· Oracle Cloud Certification (e.g., OCI Architect, Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integration)
· Experience working in government or regulated cloud environments
· Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, and/or DevOps tools
