Description

You will manage requirements, testing, and process optimization for Finance and Accounting domains within Oracle Fusion ERP.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, author, execute, and automate test scripts for Oracle Fusion ERP using Opkey or Selenium.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, validation, and documentation.
• Develop test plans, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices aligned with business and technical needs.
• Analyze Finance and Accounting processes to identify automation opportunities and enhance system efficiency.
• Document user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria adhering to Agile methodology.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP implementation or support.
• Deep functional expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Cash Management, and Expenses modules.
• Hands-on experience with ERP testing tools, specifically Opkey or Selenium.
• Strong understanding of data integration, mapping, governance, and warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency with ETL tools and data transformation techniques.
• Proven root cause analysis capability and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Any Graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Python for automation and data analysis.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with data processing frameworks including Databricks, Spark, or Hadoop.
