Description

Lead Oracle Fusion Finance Cloud implementations, owning the full lifecycle from requirement gathering and design to post-go-live support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to map business needs to Oracle best practices and perform fit-gap analysis.
• Configure core finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management.
• Create functional specifications, develop test scripts, and support SIT and UAT.
• Assist with data mapping, validation, and reconciliation during legacy migrations using FBDI and ADFdi.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot functional issues, and conduct end-user training.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation.
• Proven track record of completing at least 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Finance Cloud implementations.
• Deep functional expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Hands-on experience with UAT planning and execution.
• Proficiency with OTBI and BI Publisher for reporting.
• Understanding of integration concepts and Redwood UI.

Preferred Skills

• Active Oracle Cloud Certification for relevant finance modules.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
