Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
• Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into Oracle Fusion configurations and solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise in one or more Oracle Fusion modules, such as Financials, SCM, Procurement, HCM, or Project Management.
• Configure application setups and support business process optimization.
• Work with technical teams on integrations, reports, data migration, and application extensions.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional or technical guidance to business users.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and training materials.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, integration teams, and project managers.
• Ensure ERP solutions follow business requirements, security controls, and implementation best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Expertise in at least one relevant Oracle Fusion module.
• Experience with business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, and functional documentation.
• Understanding of end-to-end ERP business processes.
• Experience in implementation, migration, rollout, enhancement, or production support projects.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Fusion reporting.
• Understanding of FBDI, ADFdi, and data migration processes.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
• Experience with Oracle quarterly updates and regression testing.
• Relevant Oracle Cloud certifications.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 6+ years of relevant ERP experience, with substantial hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience. The exact experience requirement should be confirmed with the hiring manager
