Description

You will lead and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, mapping them to Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.
• Configure and support core modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
• Prepare and maintain functional design documents such as BRD, FRD, and MD050.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions.
• Support UAT, SIT, go-live, and post-production activities.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of experience specifically in Oracle Financials / Oracle Fusion Finance.
• Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementation.
• Strong functional knowledge of financial accounting processes.
• Experience setting up and configuring Oracle Fusion environments.
• Understanding of integrations with Oracle SCM, HCM, and Projects modules.
• Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders across finance and IT teams.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to reporting tools like OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Knowledge of data migration tools such as FBDI and ADFdi.
