Description

You will lead functional design and configuration for Oracle Fusion Finance implementations, focusing on General Ledger, Receivables, and Advanced Collections.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Design and configure core finance processes, with deep expertise in Receivables, Advanced Collections, and General Ledger.
• Conduct business workshops to map processes, translate requirements, and propose best-fit solutions.
• Manage data migration activities using FBDI and guide teams on technical reporting via OTBI.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, including at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Receivables and Advanced Collections modules.
• Strong functional experience in General Ledger (GL) configuration and setup.
• Proficiency in data migration using FBDI (File-Based Data Import).
• Experience with OTBI for technical reporting and OIC for integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to conduct business workshops and translate complex requirements into functional designs.
