Description

Lead Oracle Fusion Financials implementations and support engagements for US stakeholders. Own the functional delivery of GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Expenses modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations and manage 2-3 AMS engagements as the functional lead.
• Drive Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay process optimization and configuration.
• Support month-end closing processes, including reconciliation and troubleshooting subledger accounting (SLA) issues.
• Manage third-party support interactions, raising and following up on Oracle Service Requests (SRs) to resolution.
• Lead geographically distributed teams and deliver complex business solutions in a client-facing capacity.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP, specifically in Financials modules.
• Strong functional expertise in GL, AP, Payments, AR, Cash Management, and Expenses.
• Hands-on technical proficiency with SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and data load tools (FBDI/ADFDI).
• Proven track record of leading functional teams and managing onsite-offshore collaboration.
• Experience in managed services or production support environments.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Projects and Grants modules.
