Lead Oracle Fusion Financials implementations and managed services engagements, guiding distributed teams to deliver complex business solutions for US stakeholders.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end implementations and AMS engagements for Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Provide functional expertise across GL, AP, Payments, AR, Cash Management, and Expenses.
• Support month-end closing, reconciliation, and troubleshoot subledger accounting (SLA) issues.
• Collaborate with Oracle Support to resolve service requests and manage third-party dependencies.
• Lead geographically distributed teams and deliver client-facing business solutions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP.
• 2-3 end-to-end implementations and 2-3 AMS engagements as Lead.
• Strong functional knowledge of Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and OIC.
• Experience with OIC and FBDI/ADFDI for data loads.
• Proven experience in managed services or production support environments.
• Excellent communication skills for onsite-offshore and US stakeholder interaction.

• Knowledge of Projects and Grants modules.
