Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Order-to-Cash cloud applications, providing end-to-end support and resolution of issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize configurations and technical components across revenue-related modules, supporting invoicing, collections, and cash applications.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to analyze issues and translate business requirements into solution designs in Oracle Fusion.
• Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) for enhancements, new features, patches, and releases.
• Implement process improvements using Oracle Process Automation, Groovy scripting, or third-party RPA tools.
• Partner cross-functionally with integrations, security, and BI teams to ensure smooth data flows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of techno-functional experience implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Strong hands-on technical expertise in Account Receivable, Revenue Management (RMCS), Subscription Management, or core Fusion framework.
• Deep understanding of the Order-to-Cash business flow.
• Ability to write and debug SQL/PLSQL queries and work with Oracle Fusion APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI/ML for data-driven insights and productivity improvements.
• Experience creating BI Publisher or FRS reports and dashboards.
• Exposure to Agile environments and global cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools.
• Knowledge of other Oracle Fusion modules like AP or FA.
