Description

Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance and HCM implementations and integrations for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement-gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.
• Manage end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance/ERP implementation lifecycles.
• Develop logic apps using Microsoft Azure.
• Design and implement enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML protocols.
• Configure and optimize core modules including GL, AP, AR, and HCM cycles.

Required Skills

• 10 to 12 years of expert domain knowledge in Finance/HCM cycles (Employee onboarding, Hierarchies, PPM, GL, AP, AR).
• Proven track record of 3-5 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance/ERP implementations.
• 3-5 years of experience developing Microsoft Azure logic apps.
• Proficiency in Cloud technologies including OIC, OTBI, e-text templates, and Groovy scripts.
• Strong expertise in SQL tuning.
• Working knowledge of JSON, XML, REST, and SOAP protocols.
• Experience with Vertex.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Deep functional knowledge in General Ledger, Project Portfolio Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, HCM, or TCA/Customer.
