Description

Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance and HCM implementations, integrations, and go-live phases for clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement-gathering workshops, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Manage full lifecycle implementations for Oracle Fusion Finance and ERP modules.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Azure Logic Apps for enterprise automation.
• Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML protocols.
• Configure core modules including GL, AP, AR, and HCM cycles (Employee onboarding, Hierarchies, PPM).

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of domain expertise in Finance/HCM cycles (GL, AP, AR, HCM).
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing Microsoft Azure Logic Apps.
• 3-5 proven end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance/ERP implementation projects.
• Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, e-text templates, and Groovy scripts.
• Strong SQL tuning capabilities.
• Working knowledge of JSON, XML, REST, and SOAP protocols.
• Experience with Vertex tax configuration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Deep functional knowledge in General Ledger, Project Portfolio Management, or TCA/Customer.
• Expertise in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and HCM modules.
