Description

Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance and ERP implementations, managing cycles from requirement gathering through go-live.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance and ERP implementation cycles from requirement gathering to go-live.
• Identify, assess, and resolve complex technical issues related to system integrations.
• Develop integrations using Microsoft Logic Apps and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Facilitate client workshops for design, configuration, testing, and requirement gathering.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects while interacting directly with clients on deliverables.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of domain expertise in Finance, Vertex, and HCM cycles.
• Proven track record of participating in 3-5 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance/ERP implementations.
• Extensive experience in Microsoft Logic App development and enterprise integrations.
• Expert knowledge of Cloud technologies including OIC, OTBI, e-text templates, SQL tuning, and Groovy scripts.
• Deep functional knowledge of at least 5 modules including GL, AP, AR, PPM, or HCM (Employee master, Assignments, Payroll, Hierarchies).
• Proficiency with integration protocols such as REST and SOAP.
• Hands-on experience with message formats including JSON and XML.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Specialized experience in General Ledger (GL), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Accounts Payable (AP), or Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Expertise in HCM modules including Employee onboarding and Hierarchies.
